Shankar is an agreement executioner who works under Kaka. Compelled, he kills a prominent government official named Kasi Viswanath. Vishwanath's child Devendra and his brother by marriage Ramamoorthy swear vengeance on Shankar. The film opens with Shankar getting away from prison while being pursued by the police. He pummels the police and escapes in a truck where he recalls the past.
While blackmailing cash from a condo manufacturer, he experiences Chandni, who is a courageous young lady and even goes to the degree of slapping Shankar. He gets dazzled by this and succumbs to her. After a couple of squabbles, she responds. When Shankar murders Kasi Vishwanath on Kaka's requests, he escapes to Goa with Chandni.
